While living in complete isolation in the desert of southern California, a long forgotten shock-rock musician reflects on his dark past of drug abuse, violence, and self destruction.

About the Director:

Dead Hands Dig Deep is the debut directorial outing from young Sydney based filmmaker Jai Love. The film is rife with death, nihilism, self-mutilation, blood, drug use, small-town weirdness and Satan. “A Warner Brothers exec left one of the screenings in Europe because he thought he was going to vomit,” says the 19-year-old director. “It was a victory for independent cinema!”
