The 2nd of Ogilvie Properties’ initial C-PACE projects, 3300 E. 1st Ave. sits in the heart of Denver’s Cherry Creek District.  Ogilvie Properties financed a $626,000 project with Integro’s Guidance, utilizing C-PACE financing. 3300 1st Ave had an ENERGY STAR score of 62 before the project. With lighting upgrades, HVAC improvements, and building control upgrades, this project reduced the annual energy consumption by 35% while increasing the value of the building. This reduces the building’s annual operating costs from $143,737 to $97,316. Using C-PACE to leverage the savings create, they were able to pay a roof replacement as well.

C-PACE financing allowed us to install more efficient measures…the overall building consumption is reduced by 30% and it made economic sense for us to do this.
